Pres-On introduces a semi-closed cell crushed EPDM tape that combines the flexibility of a standard open cell foam tape with the sealing qualities of closed cell foam tapes, according to the company. Available in a variety of convenient roll widths, lengths and thicknesses, Pres-On P9400 seals out damaging dust, wind, water and noise. It is designed mounting auto trim, gasketing, and weather stripping. The tape is soft and lightweight and compresses with little effort, which helps to minimize or completely eliminates vibration, the company notes. The new P9400 is available with or without an acrylic/rubber PSA.
